We have a studio space in a highly desirable location, Harlem, New York.

We are giving a new sense of purpose to a historically relevant building and revitalizing a block along Broadway that has been overlooked for too long.

While major studios are keeping creativity captive in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn, we’re giving Harlem a voice and a piece of the pie.

We’re providing job placement and career opportunity for young creatives, asylum seekers, and formerly incarcerated people.

We’re providing creative resources to the community and allowing artists of all ages to make art and believe in their art as a fundamental right.

FIONAYEDUARDO are commercial photographers/directors with relationships at creative/production agencies.

We have the opportunity to rival the big studio houses and use price and location as our point of differentiation in the marketplace by offering premium services at lower rates and as part of packages to ensure we have an option that fits any clients needs (large or small). 

We also offer clients looking to do better and be more inclusive the opportunity to do so with ease.

Unique Selling Points:

We will rival all other studios by offering exceptional customer service, amenities/layout, studio space, creative services, location, equipment all at a competitive rate. To do this we need to invest in professional equipment and renovate the space to allow for maximum use of space . Our breakdown of offerings and design are available in the next section.

Use the space, equipment, and team we have to build the reputation of the studio and drive revenue.  

The space will be managed by our team until we are able to hire a staff to help run the day-to-day activity and ensure we maintain growth for both the studio and our own professional practice.

Short Term Goals: 

Become a full service creative and production agency offering services all the way from brand strategy to content creation across all spectrums of editorial and commercial clients.

Help finance the restoration of the actual theater building (design put forth by Community Board 9) so that the community has full use of the Hamilton Theater once more.

Lead the market in terms of our dedicated and talented team of client service managers, location scouters, art directors, set designers, DPs, directors, photographers, digital technicians, and social media/SEO specialists. Become the best known source for professional grade photo and video equipment rental services offered both on and off-site.
